Terms and Conditions

• Pay with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discovery or American Express)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
• Personal Documents: passport and an identification document.
• Always carry your passport with you and the license from your country of origin, the latter being valid only if you carry both documents with you.

• The fees are by day (24 hours), with a grace period of two hours to return vehicle. After hour 26, extra hours will be charged, an additional day of rent is applied. In case renter returns the vehicle in after-office hours an additional charge will be added in accordance with the additional hours utilized to issue the service.  

• There is no refund for gas. The gas consumed will be applied according to current fuel rates so we recommend that you return the car with a full tank or with the same amount of fuel it had when the car was given to you.  

• If you pay with your credit card, you must have in mind that a reserve of funds will be done which has to cover the deductible, according to the coverage taken; such reserve of funds will be released 3 to 5 labor days according to the bank that issued the card.  

• In case of additional drivers you need to notify Proturismo S.A. de C.V. (HERTZ EL SALVADOR) who are the other drivers.
